Group Training



Thursday morning group run: This run has been going for about 5 years now! Meet us in the Forest Park visitor’s center parking lot and be ready to run at 5:50am. The group does one loop of 6.6 miles, with options to go shorter or longer. The pace varies and the group sometimes splits into pace groups. This is a no-drop run, so don’t worry about being left behind. It’s dark at start time, so lights and reflective gear are recommended.  Scroll down to see individual event occurrences.

Sunday morning swims: The Club has reserved the use of the Whispering Hills club house pool (12545 Markaire, St Louis) on Sundays from 8-10am. The pool will be open every Sunday with a few exceptions for holidays and other events. We will occasionally host a challenge or coached swim, but will leave a lane open for those who have their own plan. IronBrick Tuesday night Creve Coeur Park Bricks: Join Coach Paul Schon of IronBrick Coaching for Tuesday night bricks from Creve Coeur Park starting at 6pm. The group will meet at the Sailboat Cove parking lot of Creve Coeur Park near the boathouse.  Routes vary in distance but will typically be in the range of 20-30 miles. Thursday night bike ride from Forest Park: Club sponsored “no drop” group ride every Thursday night leaving from the east side of the Forest Park Visitors Center parking lot at 6:00 pm.  Groups and routes will vary depending on who is in attendance. Scroll down to see individual event occurrences.
