TriSmart Training Systems’ Jennifer Meyer will lead a clinic on Sunday February 2nd 8:15-9:15am at Whispering Hills pool reviewing skills, drills and techniques you can do in a regular lane in the pool to prepare for open water swimming.
In St. Louis, much of the year we are not able to practice swimming in open water, but you can improve your open water swim skills by practicing in a regular lane in the pool. Attend this clinic on Feb 2nd and learn what to work on at the pool to help improve your open water swimming skills.
