Bring your bicycle and bike shoes (or tennis, if you aren’t riding clipped in) and learn about the specialized Power Up training method.
Only 10 cyclists/session. If 11:30 session fills, Power Up will have another session at 1:00 pm. Note: If you are the 11th through 20th cyclists in the RVSP list, your session will start at 1:00 pm.
