What – St. Louis Triathlon Club October membership meeting
When – October 19, 2022 at 7pm CST. Doors open at 6:30pm for social time and refreshments before the presentation starts. (Masks are optional at this time)
Who – Prospective as well as current members. If you or someone you know is on the fence about becoming a triathlete or joining the Saint Louis Triathlon Club please consider attending.
Topic – Presentation/Panel Discussion: “What should I do this off-season?” Evolve Coaching and TriSmart Training Systems will be presenting and fielding questions.
