• • *Aquathlon (USAT Aquathlon Championship, Saturday) – 1000m swim, 5k run
    The following races are all on Sunday:
  • Standard (Olympic) (not a USAT championship race) – 0.6 mile swim, 22 mile bike, 6.6 mile run
  • *Half (USAT Long Course Championship)- 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
  • *Half Aquabike (USAT Long Course Aquabike Championship) – 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike
  • *USAT Long Course Duathlon Championship – 6.2 mile run, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
  • USAT International-distance Aquabike Championship – 0.6 mile swim, 22 mile bike

* These  USAT  Championships are the Team USA qualifiers for the 2020 ITU  World Championships in Almere, Netherlands.

All Sunday races are run concurrently. Athletes are not permitted to race in multiple championships on the same day (ie, you cannot register to race both the Long Course Tri and the Long Course Aquabike; you must choose one or the other).
