Our mentoring event for February is covering a couple very important bike skills. How to make correct hand signals for when riding in groups and on the road, plus practice clipping in and out.
What makes this event really unique (and able to be held in February) is that we will be practicing these skills on Spin bikes, so if you aren’t comfortable being on the road, this is the perfect way to get you more comfortable. And you don’t need to haul in your bike or trainer!
After picking up the skills, we will still get a 50 minute ride in on the spin bikes so you can have a great workout that day as well!
The spin bikes have SPD clips, but if you have yet to buy bike shoes you can wear running shoes because they also have flat pedals with straps, so please join us either way!
We will need a minimum of 2 people for this event to happen, and the max is 10 due to the number of spin bikes in the room. If the event fills up quickly we will add another time slot.
Please book in to save your bike!
