Join us on the 18th for this month’s meeting. Precision Health Group will be giving our feature presentation – focusing strength training to get you ready for the upcoming season. They will also be providing free injury screenings starting at 6:30.

“Appy” hour also starts at 6:30. The meeting will commence at 7 pm.

Attending the meeting is a great way to meet fellow club members, learn about upcoming events, opportunities and club member benefits.
