Join Ironbrick’s head coach, Paul Schon, for Part 2 of “How to Design a Swim Workout”. In this session Coach Paul will be putting together a full swim workout for you to participate in. If you were able to attend Coach Paul’s first session, you will get to see what you learned put into action. If you were not able to attend the first session, come join us for a great swim workout!
