WHERE: THE HEIGHTS Community Center. The Heights is located at 8001 Dale Avenue, Richmond Heights, near Hanley & 40.
Agenda:
- Free Injury Screenings Starting at 6:30, staff members of Club sponsor Athletico will be doing a free screening and answering your injury questions
- Featured Speaker will be from Prudential on the topic of savings and investing tips (you know those “N+1” bicycles won’t pay for themselves!), courtesy of financial advisor and Club Sponsor Jim Wagner.
- In addition, Elena Claus Friedman of Club sponsor Athletico will be speaking on common running faults and flaws, the injuries they can cause, and the “fixes”.
- And all the rest: Reports from the coordinators, new member intros, recent & upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, …
