Tri Club Group Run in Forest Park

Meet at 6:00am in the parking lot across from the Visitor’s Center. Runners do one 6.5 mile loop at 8:30-10 min/mile pace, which will vary with attendance. The run is always counter-clockwise from the visitor’s center, so you also have the option of running clockwise from Skinker to join us. We will not drop a runner if they don’t want to run alone. We run in almost any weather Mother Nature throws at us with the exception of active lightning or multiple inches of snow. If a run begins in the dark, headlamps or lights are recommended. Forest Park Bike Ride / Dinner

Who wants to try out their Fall riding apparel? It’s time to ride again! Temperatures will be upper 60’s!  So no excuses, join your tri friends on Thursday Evening (Sep 29) for a group RIDE and Eat!! Meet at FOREST PARK VISITOR’S CENTER parking lot. Wheels roll at 5:45pm (We are still losing daylight!). We will ride together (no drop) 15-20 miles max. Weather’s going to be perfect!

Stay after the ride for some social time and perhaps a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant or pub to be determined.
