Toughman Triathlon (USAT Long Course National Championships)

• Half (USAT Long Course Championship)- 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
• Half Aquabike (USAT Long Course Aquabike Championship) – 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike
• USAT Long Course Duathlon Championship – 6.2 mile run, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run

Athena and Clydesdale entrants ARE eligible for the Age Group National Championships.

The following non championship races are also offered by Toughman

• Sprint Triathlon (0.5 mile swim / 12 mile bike / 3 mile run)
• Olympic Triathlon (1.5 km swim / 40 km bike / 10 km run)
• Olympic Aquabike (1.5 km swim / 40 km bike)

Athletes will not be permitted to register for both Long Course Triathlon and Long Course Aquabike races concurrently. Athletes must choose one race to compete in.

Quasi-offroad race (gravel bike instead of mountain bike)

Multisport Races (Sunday)

• “The Shorty” (Sprint-ish): 750m lake swim / 14 mi gravel bike / 5 km trail run
• “The Long One” (Olympic-ish) 1500m lake swim / 34.05 mi gravel bike / 10 km trail run
• “The Half Crazy” 2250m lake swim / 54 mi gravel bike / 13.1 mi trail run

Relay option for all 3 triathlon distances.
Duathlon and aquabike options at all distances; duathlon 1st run is 5km for all distances.

Gravel Races (Saturday)

• 28 mile
• 50 mile
