Tri Club Group Run in Forest Park

Meet at 6:00am in the parking lot across from the Visitor’s Center. Runners do one 6.5 mile loop at 8:30-10 min/mile pace, which will vary with attendance. The run is always counter-clockwise from the visitor’s center, so you also have the option of running clockwise from Skinker to join us. We will not drop a runner if they don’t want to run alone. We run in almost any weather Mother Nature throws at us with the exception of active lightning or multiple inches of snow. If a run begins in the dark, headlamps or lights are recommended. Forest Park Bike Ride / Dinner

Triathlete’s quote for today: “You can have results or excuses, but not both”. So no excuses, join your tri friends at Thursday Evening (Sep 1) group RIDE and Eat!! Meet at FOREST PARK VISITOR’S CENTER parking lot. Wheels roll at 5:45pm (We are losing daylight). We will ride together (no drop) 15-20 miles max. Weather’s going to be perfect!

Then we can socialize at dinner afterwards at Urban Chestnut Brewing Co (not hard set on this, if you have other recommendations).
