Tri Club Group Run in Forest Park

Meet at 6:00am in the parking lot across from the Visitor’s Center. Runners do one 6.5 mile loop at 8:30-10 min/mile pace, which will vary with attendance. The run is always counter-clockwise from the visitor’s center, so you also have the option of running clockwise from Skinker to join us. We will not drop a runner if they don’t want to run alone. We run in almost any weather Mother Nature throws at us with the exception of active lightning or multiple inches of snow. If a run begins in the dark, headlamps or lights are recommended. Thursday Evening (Aug 18) group RIDE and Eat!!

We’re LONG overdue for a social event! Let’s get together and talk about how racing is going this summer. So let’s ride an easy 18-20 miles (or less if you want), then meet for dinner afterwards at Felix’s Pizza in nearby Dogtown.

Meet at FOREST PARK VISITOR’S CENTER parking lot. Wheels roll at 6:00pm. We will ride together (no drop). Weather’s going to be perfect!
