Toughman Triathlon (USAT Long Course National Championships)

• *Half (USAT Long Course Championship)- 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
• *Half Aquabike (USAT Long Course Aquabike Championship) – 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike
• *USAT Long Course Duathlon Championship – 6.2 mile run, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
• USAT International-distance Aquabike Championship – 0.6 mile swim, 22 mile bike

* These  USAT  Championships are the Team USA qualifiers for the 2022 ITU  World Championships.

Athena and Clydesdale entrants ARE eligible for the Age Group National Championships.

The following no championship races are also offered by Toughman

• Sprint Triathlon (0.5 mile swim / 12 mile bike / 3 mile run)
• Olympic Triathlon (1,5 km swim / 40 km bike / 10 km run)
• Aquathlon (0.5 mile swim / 3 mile run)

Athletes will not be permitted to register for both Long Course Triathlon and Long Course Aquabike races concurrently. Athletes are also not permitted to race in the Standard-distance Aquabike and the non-championship Olympic-distance Triathlon races concurrently. Athletes must choose one race to compete in.

SOS - Cape Cod

Multi segment race:

• 27 mile road bike
• Alternating run (footpath and paved) and OWS segments: 4 runs totaling 9 miles, 3 swims totaling 1.25 miles.
