Strength training is a very important part of a well written training plan. Strength training has both performance and injury prevention benefits. Learn how strength training can help to create your best season yet. The Evolve coaches will lead you through a functional strength routine along with discussing how strength training fits into your season and why it should not be neglected as racing season heats up.
Directions to the old Mallincrodt campus. From the intersection of Brentwood Blvd and Manchester, go south on Brentwood to Marshall. Turn left on Marshall, then turn left at the first road/campus entry (there are brick piers at the entry with no guardshack). As you drive through the parking lot there will be a building on your right, then between that building and another is a drive that winds up underneath, follow that to the parking lot. Park in that lot. Look for cars with bike racks 🙂
The entry door will be marked “Mentoring”. That door will be on the building to the south (your right) as you drive up.
