SuperSprint: 200m OWS / 4.5 mi bike / 2.25 mi run
Short Course: 500m OWS / 9 mi bike / 3.1 mi run
Long Course: 1000m OWS / 18 mi bike / 4.5 mi run
Olympic: 1500m OWS / 27 mi bike / 6.2 mi run
Mixed Team Relay: 2 males, 2 females, each doing: 200/300m OWS / 4.5 mi bike / 1 mi run*
* The Mixed Team Relay is limited to 10 teams. The order is F/M/F/M and the bike is non-drafting. The race begins concurrently with the SuperSprint so the first athlete swims 200 meters. The subsequent athletes swim 100 meters to the start of the SuperSprint swim course, so they will swim the standard 300 meters.
