Doors open at 6:30 with free screenings from Athletico. Enjoy 30 minutes of social time with some food and drink before the meeting begins at 7pm.
Big River Running will be talking about speed workouts- why you need them and how to design them for short, middle or long distance races and they will talking about shoes and accessories.
