What – St. Louis Triathlon Club March membership meeting
When – March 19, 2025 at 7pm CST. Pre-meeting social time will start at 6:30pm.
Where – The Heights Community Center – located at 8001 Dale Avenue, Richmond Heights, MO 63117
Who – Prospective as well as current members. If you or someone you know is on the fence about becoming a triathlete or joining the Saint Louis Triathlon Club please consider attending!
Topic – “Training to Prepare for Race Season” – Jennifer Meyer of TriSmart Training Systems LLC (club coach sponsor) will lead a discussion and presentation on training readiness for the race season ahead.
Other Stuff – Food. Great attendance prizes from our sponsors … Updates on races, group training, Icy Iron Challenge, Club Challenge, Volunteering, and other activities and upcoming mentoring events such as our upcoming swim sessions with Masters Swim Coach Lindsey Ehret.
