WHERE: THE HEIGHTS Community Center. The Heights is located at 8001 Dale Avenue, Richmond Heights, near Hanley & 40.
Agenda:
– Free Injury Screenings Starting at 6:30, staff members of Club sponsor will be doing a free screening and answering your injury questions.
– The Evolve Coaching team will be the featured speakers of the evening, and will be breaking everyone into groups based on ability. With these smaller groups, it is going to be a great opportunity to really engage and ask questions.
