Is your current drink on the bike or run not keeping your hydrated, providing enough electrolytes or causing GI distress? Join us before the tri club meeting from 6:30 pm – 7 pm to sample some drinks that other athletes use. We will have a couple tables set up with samples of various products out there. If you have something you really like and works well, let me know and we will save a space for you to show it off! Before, during and post recovery drinks are all welcome. October’s pre-meeting we are going to do food and gels! Hammer gels, Gu, Stingers, Power gel, Cliff Blocks, Lara bars, homemade goodies….
