The TriZou triathlon is returning to Missouri and will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2024 (with a kids triathlon and a 5K on Friday May 3rd)
The TriZou will feature several different options including a Youth Triathlon, Elite Sprint Triathlon as well as Sprint, Super Sprint and a “DoubleZou” which is the Sprint Tri followed by the Super Sprint.
