We are also planning to spread out beyond the confines of Forest Park to explore West County, Illinois, and St. Charles County. Please let us know your thoughts on how you can get the most from our mentoring program by chiming in on the message board or at mentoring@stlouistriclub.com
Our group sessions are open to ALL club members. We will have clinics and open water swim sessions, as well as a Thursday night group ride and/or run.
